I am taking once a day, and started noticed subtle improvements by day 3. I stayed consistent for a full week, and started to notice I had an easier time falling sleep at night, and was less tired through out the day. I also noticed I had more energy through the day into early evening.My only complaint is there are very few flavor selections. I didn’t care for the chocolate, I would like to see more fruity flavors make the cut! I will try the vanilla next tho!

Love the taste and flavor! Super chocolatey will probably put it in a small glass of milk or make a shake with it. So far so good. Like the clarity that I feel from taking it. Great value for the money will definitely be ordering more!!!
