I wanted to go through all of the capsules to give this a fair shot before reviewing. I like the gel cap, for me it makes swallowing easier. This may not be true for everyone. They're not too large, but large enough I feel I'm getting a decent dosage. I haven't noticed any bad or odd taste after swallowing. I like that liposomal factor in these and feel I'm getting a quality product. I'm trying to lose weight, but do it slowly so it will hopefully stay off. During the time I've used these I've lost 9 pounds, whether due to this product or not, I don't know. I won't say you'll lose weight, but I have.

I got this because I take Berberine for glucose reduction. I actually started taking Berberine for my Cholesterol but sadly I did not get any cholesterol reduction with Berberine. However do not interpret that to be an indicator with how it might affect you. From what I gather some people do actually get cholesterol reduction (may). And some people do get glucose reduction (may). And some very lucky people actually get both (may). And sadly some people get neither. There are two reasons for this IMO. The main reason I think is you body make up that is unique and different and your chemistry is unique to only you. So what affects others may not affect you and vice versa. The other aspect is did you get a brand that was legit and had the dosage as stated. IMy glucose dropped from 125 to 90 with Berberine according to my first blood test after using it. It stays at about 80 to 100 as long as I take it and I am all smiles with that. Now this is Liposomal meaning usually more of the ingredient can get to where it needs to go (like intestine) without being destroyed ( like by the stomach acid). So how Bioavailable is berberine ? Its debatable and actually hard to calculate since it get absorbed so fast in the blood. It would stand to reason though that liposomal could help right ?Well by accident I ended up with two blood test 10 days a part ! So here is how I did this. I kept taking my old brand that is third party tested and very pure and pricey too ! It is 500 mg and I took it 3 times a day for a total of 1500 mgs as I always do. My glucose came in at 99.Immediately after that test I went 10 days on this brand. These are 600 mgs so to get as close as I could I once again did 3 times a day for 1800 mgs. This has an unavoidable 300 mg advantage over the other brand. And my glucose came in at 96.Well at least we know it works. And too my diet could have had some play. I actually expected the liposomal delivery form to have a substantial positive significant difference but it appears berberine is pretty bioavailable on its own. These are soft gels. I take 2 per day first thing in the morning. I like that they offer liposomal delivery. I have been taking berberine for nearly 1 year. This supplement definitely keeps my stomach flatter. I recently had a blood test as well. Typically I have borderline high cholesterol. This time it was 156. I am not sure if this is due to the berberine, but it surely doesn’t hurt.

Omega 6 oil carrier

I didn't notice any difference in my weight loss, but I did have a little more energy when I took these capsules. The results just weren't great enough for me to order again. However, I will say that because these are soft gel capsules, I can swallow them at ease with no issues. No taste or smell either, which are pluses.

These are soft gels which makes them very easy to swallow. I like that this supplement supports the immune system.
