Ledragomma Maxafe Core Stability Ball (75cm) with Handbook - Blue

When my wife and I went to Pilates classes the instructor recommended that we get a stability ball to use at home. This was the one she suggested getting. It certainly is very good quality and can be used in a lot of core strengthening activities. It was quite difficult to inflate fully and you need a pump stronger than a basic cycle pump to do this. Once inflated it is quite big and you have to find somewhere to store it, ours is in the downstairs bathroom. They do say that you can sit on it and use it as an office chair which in turn will help with your core strengthening and your posture. It has been well used since we got it so I would certainly recommend it
