Nope. Not bok choy
I'm not entirely sure what this is, but it's not bok choy. It does seem to be a brassica (same family), but it's not the upright, compact heads that are bok choy. The leaves are much more serrated, and the flavor is not the same as the mild bok choy. Some of the plants have a purple edge to the leaves.Unfortunately, I'm close to 8 weeks into this adventure (starting seeds indoors, transplanting, etc.), and am only just realizing that this is NOT what I anticipated from "bok choy" seeds.

Not even close. You can find out till you get a mature plant which has totally ruined my fall winter crops.

Not even bak choi! It said 1200+ there is no way
I planted these. They do not look like bak choi. Will wait to see it full grown but they look completely different than my other bak choi. Frustrated to find out after they sprout. Arrrr

Good Pak Choi Seed
These pak choi seeds plants grew very well in early spring and fall. They grew fast and tasted delicious, very sweet, especially in the fall after frost.Overall excellent experience.
