Did not come with any intructions or recipes, so to call it a kit is a bit of a stretch.

I'm now a 4 times a week cheesemaker!
Made cheese for years, always with the same basket mold. Saw this and bought it!Best things ever. love the different sizes, and they are so easy to clean.use them about 4 days a week, and they are still like new.Just a hint on no wasting the curd, I line the mold with Butter Mulsin Cloth, Cheese cloth has bigger holes and does not do the job.The mold leaves a nice design on the cheese.We eat it fresh, and also cure to ripen it.I will get more different molds, looking for those with a follower this time.My cheese is incredible.
