Copper Elbow Brace Compression Sleeves for Pain Relief Men Women, Arm Support Forearm Pads Braces for Tendonitis,Tennis, Golfers, Arthritis, Weight lifting

I have been experiencing "tennis elbow" ever since cutting down and cutting up all the trees on my yard from hurricane Helene. This has made my weightlifting painful and un-enjoyable. I thought I would give these a try...and they are great.They add just the right compression from my lower triceps to mid-forearm. Most of the pain has subsided and between concerted stretching of the affected tendons and muscles and wearing these while working out, all I can say is, "Relief at last!"

The elbow braces are very good. The fit, quality and look are excellent. There is something about copper fit compression products that really work. I wear copper fit on my knees and ankles as well…lol

So I'll start with their sizing chart SUCKS! Maybe I'm atypical, but per their sizing chart, I BARELY was a medium (on small side of medium). Ordered medium and thing practically was a tourniquet on my arm... And severely incited the very muscle pain was looking to stop.Ordered the x-large and, as can be seen from photos, post-workout, def no "slack". Does it provide enough compression? Maybe, maybe not, def helps, and def again the sizing was WAY OFF!!Maybe if I was anorexic, the sizing would have been right, but really wish they had measure bicep, forearm AND elbow, not JUST elbow.4* based on this.

These fit well, keep my elbows warm during my workout. I have others that are neoprene and offer great support, only problem is they can be constrictive and they need to be aired out after use as they tend to give off an odor. These, however, don't have any issues, are very comfortable and I don't notice any decrease in my lifts. Not sure if the copper provides any advantage, but I would gladly purchase again.

Read the reviews before ordering but decided to go with the size I measured for. Wrong thing to do. After having it on for a short time it slid down my arm! Most reviews mentioned they run small but the ones I bought were too big.

These are very good there strong 💪 and fit well you have to make sure you get the right ✅ size i got the wrong size first and had to give them away even they were happy 😊. So good job guys.

Doesn’t come with forearm pads as stated “ Arm Support Forearm Pads Braces”. They are comfortable, soft, not stiff or scratchy like others I’ve tried, able to move & wear comfortably, but EXTREMELY disappointed the pads weren’t in forearm area as stated, because I specifically needed the extra support there in particular, due to an injury. Bought one size up as I was at higher end of the small size in measurement parameters and am glad I did, as small would have been too tight.
