A very decent shellfish stock when there's so little choice
I was buying pouches of shellfish stock from a well known higher end supermarket, but it was so often out of stock. I have time to cook from scratch, but not to make stock too. Really these are also dear for what they are, but the flavour is decent and I can always get them, so they have solved a problem. I don't know why Knorr don't do them as stockpot here, given that we eat so many prawns etc. as a nation...
