Uk Instructions here!
Lots of people complain about the german instructions. Here they are in english, taken from the Thomar website:(Btw the product partially works for me - probably depends on how well insulated your car is to start with)Instructions for using Air Dry)How it works:Air Dry absorbs the moisture from the air of your vehicle interiors like a magnet. It thus prevents rust, fungus and mould stains as well as damage to the electronic systems. In addition, Air Dry also prevents unwanted odours and in this way creates a pleasant climate. Above a relative air humidity of 60%, the moisture is stored by the natural action of the granules in the bag and releases the moisture into the air once it is dry. Air Dry is odourless. In vehicles, extreme changes takes place in the air within minutes due to breathing, ventilation, heating, air conditioning and external conditions like rain and sunlight. The moisture condenses on the cold windows due to the temperature difference between outside and inside. Air Dry responds by constantly absorbing the excess water from the air. The windows become clear after some time or fogging does not even take place. Up to 600 g of water can be uniformly absorbed. The duration of Air Dry's effect depends on the relative humidity, temperature and size of the vehicle interior. Air Dry is generally effective for 2-4 months after which regeneration is required. The Air Dry bag consists of a fabric at the top that becomes moist and a foil at the bottom that prevents the moisture from being transferred down.Instructions for use:Air Dry is activated by removing the outer foil bag. The upper part of the fabric feels moist by absorbing the moisture. The saturation limit of 1.6 kg is determined by weighing.Regeneration:Air Dry can be dried on a heater for reuse. Air Dry releases the absorbed moisture over a long duration back into the air, which may takes days or weeks depending on the saturation level and the heating. A dry weight of about 1.15 kg should be expected. The alternate use of two units of Air Dry makes sense here. One, e.g., can be used for dehumidifying the car, while the other is regenerated on the heater.Product contains salt - Avoid eye contact.

Doesn't work as promised, only keeps clear about 10cm around it.
Bought this last week, and since them has always been close to the dashboard in the car.It just didn't work properly in my Toyota Corolla.I've tried to put it in different locations, and it only clears an area of about 10cm around it. (i.e. 90% of the windscreen still gets fog) and need to pump hot hair to it.Waste of money.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Follow up of ThoMar customer support reasons for non-performance of the dehumidifier bag:------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------** Reason 1: Air Dry needs to be placed in another spotEvery time you leave the vehicle Air Dry should be placed on the dashboard, right next to thewindscreen. If it is placed elsewhere, e.g. the passenger seat or the footwell, it cannot work at fullcapacity, as humidity will always rise up with warm air.** Reason 2: Air Dry is facing the wrong side upThe nonwoven half of Air Dry should always be facing upward to enable it to attract humidity fromthe surrounding air. The plastic film on the bottom prevents humidity from leaking out onto the sur-face beneath when Air Dry reaches its maximum degree of saturation.** Reason 3: The presence of wet foot floor mats or other wet textilesThe quantity of humidity that is collected in wet foot mats and similar textiles might exceed the cardehumidifier's capacity, so that its function is not noticeable. This problem can easily be solved bydrying or exchanging the floor mats.** Reason 4: The interior space of the vehicle is too bigFor very large vehicles like vans or camper vans the use of at least two Air Drys is recommended. These should be placed as far apart from each other as possible in order to work as effectively aspossible.** Reason 5: The sealing of the vehicle is compromisedEspecially in the case of older vehicles the sealing might not close tightly anymore, so that a largerthan normal amount of humidity may enter the vehicle. If the amount of humidity is too large theeffectiveness of the Air Dry is not noticeable anymore.

WOW
I am so grateful for this, Last winter when we had a frost i would de ice the outside of the old car and then start work on the ice on the inside of the windows. From the first day this has made such a difference to the amount of moisture and condensation in the car it is hard to believe. No need to de mist the widow in the cold morning its clear, there is no ice inside the car. I love it and want to get a spare so while one is drying i can still have one in the car.Thats the good stuff, the down side - The box & all instructions are in German - there are pictures and its not rocket science but a bit of english would help. There are no sticky stips on the back so it has a habbit of sliding around on the dash (i have used a bit of blue tack to keep it in place.)For these reasons only 4 stars.

Works pretty well
This dehumidifier is being used in a car with very bad condensation problems (shame on you Seat)Before the inside of the windscreen was so bad it was soaking with water, not just misted up. With this bag in place sitting on the dashboard now only about half the windscreen has a light misting and none of the dripping wetness that used to be there. This thing has definitely reduced the moisture inside by a large amount.Mine also did not come with any velcro etc to attach but the bag is so heavy it does not slide around too much anyway. As others keep saying the thing comes in a German printed box with no instructions. That said, what instructions do you need? Sit it in your car it will absorb moisture. Place it upside down on a radiator to dry out. Says so on the Amazon listing. If you have an old car or one that suffers from condensation problems this may well solve them for you. Recommended.
