This transformation came out so well. We love the look. These are easy to work with and can easily be cut down with a saw. Easily screws in and they look awesome.

I expected a little higher quality for the price of these panels. They are MDF with wood veneer staple gunned to the matte black backer. Once installed They look great, but felt that they are over priced for what you actually get. Probably would've been cheaper to buy white oak wood slats and paint the wall black to get the same effect but with real wood. Also note that if your wall is taller than the panel length cutting and lining up pieces it's difficult, that is why I added the shelf to cover the slight gap. Easy to install. Just use liquid nail and screws.

UPDATE 11/11/2020: If you're going to put these on the ceiling i suggest a better form of installation. the tape is not holding the tiles and now i have tape all over my ceiling and the tiles have been consistently falling down for the last week. I'm going to use some cardboard to glue with an adhesive spray to the tiles and then tape them to the ceiling.These are AMAZING panels for Sound Treating a room. AKA making it less reverberate, taking away the echo, killing sound reflections off of hard surfaces...etc....I got a 12 pack of these as a gift and after putting them up i knew I wanted more. I have a square office that is all hard surfaces. Its also a music space for me that I like to do some basic at home recording and play guitar/drums. Its unbearably loud and reflective to the point that if I sneezed the cymbals on my drums would sizzle. Putting up the panels not only helped deaden the room but it makes it a much better working environment for my remote job. My colleagues have even said they can hear a big difference on our video calls.These panels are PERFECT for treating highly reflective rooms and rooms with too much echo. I would highly recommend these as a solution for an office, game room, theatre space or any room where you will be recording/listening/entertaining.These are not great for Sound Isolation or Sound proofing. There you would have to purchased an insane amount of these panels to sound proof a room. you can only sound proof with the correct sheet rock, insulation, and acoustic treatment and all in all it is very difficult unless you're building something from the ground up. If you're looking for a sound proofing solution then look elsewhere or find a consultant to assist you.SIDE NOTE: You may want to use a few extra spots of tape on these when putting them onto textured walls. I had 2 panels fall off the ceiling when i used the recommended amount of tape per the package. A few extra dots and they all stay nicely where i put them.

Nice look and feel. Looks expensive.

I like the look of these panels, however quite a few of them arrived with cracks and chips in them. Un-usable. Will order from another company if we install another wall like this.

Can not say enough how happy I am with this product. Not only does it look incredible but it notably decreased the echo in the house. Additionally, customer service was very responsive and resolved our issue right away (we bought too many boxes and needed to return some). Very satisfied, and would recommend to anyone! This picture is one of three walls we ended up using the boards on.

Kind of works as a display wall. Isn't actually a slatwall, but the felt backing is easy to puncture and holds u-hooks decently. Doesn't super work for sound proofing, but the neighbors are really loud anyway..

Bought these hoping they would block out a little noise, nope! They don’t stay stuck to the wall with double sided tape, waste of money!!

Great to dampen sound and very decorative. You cN play with colors and alignment. Was very worthy getting these
