I love my facial washes as use them twice daily in my skincare routine. I always take preference to natural products so was eager to give this one a try. I love the packaging on this and the fact it comes in a little glass reuseable jar. The balm is a beautiful rich yellow colour and easily melts, especially in warmer weather. I make sure my hands are clean before scraping a blob out with the back of my nail. I find it melts onto the skin with ease, sometimes I'll need a bit extra to cover my whole face but you do find a little can go quite a long way. Once massaged in, I wash thoroughly with a face cloth and lots of warm water. Afterwards, I follow with a cotton bud and some natural rose water, and I have noticed some make-up remains as it shows on the cotton bud, so I would advise using something like this afterwards to make sure your face is fully cleansed. After applying my moisturiser, my skin feels super soft and hydrated.I love the ingredients list in this balm and hope the claims of anti-ageing are true as fine lines are becoming more and more prominent at my age.Overall, I am liking this balm very much. The only slight downside is I am finding I have to clean the sink a lot more frequently as you tend to find it leaves a tidemark residue, which is probably due to its greasy texture. I've given this product 4/5 stars only because it doesn't quite remove all makeup the first time, but apart from that, this is all natural, hydrating and a very pleasant balm to use. Recommended.

Good sized jar, which will last for some time. Blends really well into the skin and wipes off easily without leaving my face feeling sticky - and I don't need to cleanse my face more than once. Very pleased with it.

Unfortunately this just wasn't for me. I wanted to love this as it's a natural skincare product but it left my skin so greasy and clogged feeling. It didn't really remove my makeup. Had to go in with another cleanser to remove the residue from this one

I love everything about this cleansing balm. The texture feels soft and luxurious, the scent is subtle and very pleasant and the balm is fantastic at removing make up. I use this cleansing balm as part of my double cleanse routine. As the balm is rather rich I like to follow up with a clarifying cleanser. Lovely product that I'm excited to reach for again and again.
