You can tell it’s well made and looks great lit up

Ordered two back to back. Both worked for a bit they slowly died. 3 leaves work most of time. Crap! Past return time to change.

After only having it up and on for less than a month 2 of the branches stopped working.

We bout this tree to place beside our outdoor above ground pool. It looks great but the first one broke within a week we returned it and reordered a replacement. The re placement worked fine until first rain half the lights went out. Let’s just say wasn’t happy.

I really liked this product a lot, it when it's lit up it looks fantastic, unfortunately two of the leaves had lights on them that went out. Normally I would have tried to keep it but when I called Amazon and found out that there was no manufacturers warranty at all I had to return it.If the warranty was modified by the company to at least protect it for over a year I probably buy it again but since I had it for less than a month and it already went out with no consumer warranty protection, I couldn't take the risk.

I love the palm tree it's beautiful

Very skimpy tree, is not impressive at all. A piece broke off that holds the palm leaf on while putting it together. Flimsy brown tape is used for the bark. I should have returned.
