I bought this for my mother for Christmas and she loves it. I tried it after she opened it and wow was it perfect

I use a lot of massagers - the best ones are the bulky, awkward, and rather loud - but when I don't have the time or space for that, this one helps. It heats fairly quickly and I like that it's small and portable.

I had a pain in my shoulder blade. Been doing some remodeling. Wow! I use this nightly. It helps me to relax so I can sleep. I would recommend this to anyone that has sore muscles. It's my nightly routine.

Several family members tried this massager and overall, it wasn't well received.It's straightforward to use and charges quickly. We could feel a little bit of heat, though not much. You have to turn it on and select the intensity before positioning it and I believe it shuts off after 15 minutes. Having a remote control would have been nice.The biggest challenge was finding a position that addressed the areas of concern that wasn't uncomfortable. This was especially challenging for the neck, shoulders, and upper back. It did feel nice on the hamstring, but that's a secondary need.The biggest complaint that was the massage "balls" are too hard. That greatly affected the ability to get comfortable. It also was painful to some.Though the massage action was well designed, overall I don't think we'll get a lot of use out of this unfortunately.

This back massager is uniquely shaped and does take some finagling to figure out the best position to use it. The most comfortable when I use this massager is while I’m sitting in my reclining chair. I like that it doesn’t need to be plugged in during use so I’m not bound to an outlet the entire time. There is a heating element to this massager but honestly, it is very miniscule and I could hardly feel it. It does a good job at massaging my back and neck area and also turns off automatically after 15 minutes of use in case I forget or fall asleep. Very easy and relaxing to use.

Oh, this is definitely my new favorite thing! This Eazfy neck and back massager is just perfectly designed, in my opinion, to provide a very nice massage with added heat. It’s so easy to operate as there are just two simple buttons. There is an On/Off button which also controls the rotational direction and the heat settings. The other button controls the speed/intensity. As the massager is working, it automatically changes rotational direction to offer some variety in the massage pattern. This feature really does make it feel more like a real shiatsu hand massage. Unlike other massage pillows I’ve used, this device has not only the four deep kneading massage nodes but also two percussion massage nodes. As a safety feature, the massager turns off automatically after 15 minutes of use.One of the best features about this massaging device is that it is rechargeable. I’m so glad I’m not limited to where I can use this. There is a lot of freedom and portability when I don’t have to be close to a power outlet.As far as performance goes, it’s really easy to use. There is a handle at the top that helps with placing the pillow just in the right location before use. I’ve also found that just my own body weight holds the device in place adequately. I usually just sit in my favorite chair while I’m relaxing at night watching TV. The massager does a wonderful job at relieving neck and back tension, and I definitely feel more relaxed and experience less overall pain after using it.To me, this is an amazing machine, and I would definitely recommend it for home use. That being said, this would also make a very thoughtful gift for someone.

It kinda has an odd shapes, but works as a portable cordless massager. It has 2 control buttons, on/off and speed. Speed always start in medium setting when turned on and can be changed by pressing the speed button. Heat/red light seems to be always on when the device is on, but hardly feel any actual heat at all. The rotating massager balls change their rotation direction automatically about every minute. Overall, not a bad portable, cordless massager.

The media could not be loaded. This back massager is pretty nice and can be used on multiple part of the body. There is a nice amount of pressure on my back when I use it while sitting in a recliner or office chair. It doesn't lose any power when I put pressure on the rotating nodules. I have used it on my legs/thighs, neck, and even on my shoulder. I simply try the massager in the upright position and if the nodules don't feel effective on the particular part of the body, then I turn the massager upside down and it usually works well.The heat feature worked pretty well for me. I love the fact that this device is rechargeable and can be used with or without the power cord. It doesn't weigh a lot, so it is easy to take with me if I am not going to be at home. This massager seems to be pretty durable and made out of quality materials.I would recommend this massager to anyone.
