Bought this for my daughter as she loves doing her own hair and her friends. We have experimented with different kind of flat irons and curling irons, even heat less curls. This can do several fun types. Took a second to get the hang of it (like all devices) but then really liked the curls it produced. Good price point!

This flatiron is not bad for the price. I wish it got hotter than it does. However, it does the job.

I kept turning the curler off because of the placement of the buttons. Had to return it, didn't work for me.

I can’t say if it performs better or worse than the name brand, but I imagine they function the same. The fan did nothing to hold curl longer (on my hair anyway). Convenient to have a 2-in-1 tool, but I’ve been curling with a flat iron for years with better results. Also tricky to turn on, and the placement of the controls is not great. Hit the off button several times while using. I have straight, mid weight, highlighted hair.

This curling iron / straightener is great. I wanted a less expensive alternative to the brand we keep seeing all over social media and I think this meets those needs. The fan is not very loud - it blows out both sides. It comes with a heat glove (not that you really need it), a protective back and I was happy they included two styling clips. I’ve only used it once but it gave me curls really easily. I need to work on my technique though. The only draw back is the fan button is in a spot where you easily shut it off when you are trying to turn the barrel. That may just take some getting used to.

I went to buy the name brand of this product and decided to check for a cheaper alternative and found this!! I am so happy I did! This works amazing! It is so easy to use and is ready in seconds! I will recommend this to anyone and it saves you so much money and works great! You can curl your hair with it or straighten it!
