This product is fantastic. It was easy to set up and did exactly what it should. Apple CarPlay was up and running in my car within a couple of minutes. So as far as the product goes it is brilliant.However, the problem is with my car. The main USB data/charging port is always powered on; there is no way to disable this. So when I leave the unit plugged in, the 12 volt battery gets depleted. This means that I need to unplug it every time I leave the car. So the benefits for me are limited. I either plug in the unit and disconnect every time I use the car, or I plug in my phone and disconnect that every time. I lose all the benefits of having a wireless connection.Before buying this product, do make sure it is suitable for your car.

The device is a Chinese made and absolutely USELESS. Slow and do not do any thing better than the available CarPlay or Android auto already installed in the cars. So why should I buy this for exact same job which is already done by the car. Audio is slow and either way I need to connect my phone for charge… then this device needs to be disconnected, and my phone has to be connected.Hence makes no sense to buy this!! No use that is not currently being done by existing wired Carplsy.

Had one for over a year and it worked flawlessly. One day it stopped working. Bought a new one. It works fine again.

The unit came straight out of the box. Plugged into my 2019 Ford Kuga usb socket.Just as the videos show the unit connected to my iPhone 14. Works fine.does what it should.After setting up my phone, I then set my wife’s phone up.(same iPhone 14 model)The system simply switches automatically from one phone to another - depending which phone has its Bluetooth and WiFi turned on.It seems to just look for last phone connected, if not available, it then connects to the present phone in the car.So far has worked great.

This item works the first time it’s set up then after everytime you turn off the car it requires unplugging and plugging back in, even after contacting customer support everything they suggest does not work or as per first time it works once then requires unplugging each time not good either the item or the support

Worked fine after first install , 2 days later after a firmware update and it is slow to connect and doesn’t store the CarPlay settings so I keep getting asked if I want to send data to Ford and store a WiFi connection and goes to default FM radio station every time I turn the car on.

Really is a case of does what it says on the tin. Fitted this to a 2018 Audi TT with factory wired CarPlay and now enjoy all of the same functionality wirelessly. Have been using it for a few weeks and it has never failed to connect.This is my third unit and all have been flawless.

This product worked well for the first 3 months. However since then it never connects and is now useless.

Also ich bin sehr zu Frieden mit diesem Adapter. Hat mich schon 4 mal vorm bezahlen gerettet. Sehr zu empfehlen.

i’ve been using it for almost a year, just made it easier when i get in the car my phone immediately connects to carplay. sometimes it’s disconnects but i just wait for it to connect again /or unplug and replug it.

Installatie super eenvoudig. Inpluggen in USB, bluetooth verbinding maken met Autokit_XX en alles werkte meteen in mijn Mazda CX-5 uit 2018. Start redelijk snel op en connect automatisch. Geen merkbare lag in de bediening. Je iPhone ziet dit als een andere auto (Autokit_xx ipv Mazda) dus je moet even de display volgorde van je Apps opnieuw instellen. Carlinkit kastje wordt wel vrij heet. Ook meteen firmware upgrade gedaan (over the air) volgens de instructie. Soepel en zonder errors. Erg tevreden.

Fonctionne parfaitement dans ma voiture, vraiment simple à configurer et tres réactif à l'écran.
