Literally the best thing I've ever bought for running.I used to have to wear 3 sports bras at once to try and tame my chest and it was so uncomfortable and now I only have to wear one and this band!As comfortable as a tight band around your chest can be - I forget it's there during a run most of the time.Velcro sticks well. Washes fine. Fit true to size for me.

Good but too sweaty
I use this for running and yes it does a good job of holding my breasts down. I have small boobs, and I can even just wear a light T-shirt with this band around the top of my bust with a running jacket over the top and it holds it all in place. However, it makes that area so hot and sweaty! Unbelievably hot and sweaty! The material needs to be more breathable.It’s a good product but I think for running I will look for a breathable sports bra and maybe use this band for things like jumping jacks etc…

Does what it says on the tin
Great, does what it says on the tin. Really helped keep my H cup boobs from jiggling, and with excess skin at the sides of my bra, it kept that in check too. I bought a small, and I’m a size 12, with big boobs and the size is great for me.

The band works and makes running a lot easier but the velcro patch started to rip off on me after the third time wearing it. Was easy to stitch back up but just be careful when sticking and un-sticking the velcro.

Waste of time.
I’m a firm 38G. This was useless. Didn’t stop the weight of the bounce and medium was tight so was supposed to be the perfect size.Also rubbed under my arms.Really disappointed.I have no idea how larger women find this works.All I can think is their breast is flatter to the body.Returning and will stick with a normal bra and shock absorber.

When I was larger last year I ordered these, I did a lot of high impact training. My sports bras were good but it didn’t hold me down.Until these bands. I no longer need them because I’ve reached my goal weight. But they were effective when I needed them.
