Very comfortable eye patch
It's not easy to find a good Eye Patch that is comfortable and also quality and lasting. When we heard FCAROLYN had released a new Eye Patch we jumped at ordering it to check it out.The initial FCAROLYN eye had problems with its Elastic band the metal adjuster and buckle were far to flimsy and broke after a few uses, the trouble was this was also the most comfortable eye patch out there so we tended to wear till it broke then we would have to modify and knot it not ideal. So this modified version has a thicker banding and they have made it Velcro rather than elastic doing away with the flimsy breakable parts. The actual Eye Patch section isn't as comfortable material but it does strangely work, one thing to more you need to Wash the eye patch prior to using or the colour comes out and leaves you with a black eye.So let's give this new version the TRUTH UNBOX lowdown:Pros:1. The Band is nice a thick adding to the comfort for longer usage.2. Velcro attachment to adjust the width of the band.3. The main eye patch is comfortable and large to stop light getting in from the sides.Cons:1. Gives you a black eye when first worn so needs to be washed first colour runs.2. FCAROLYN's previous version if eye patch had a much higher quality eye patch the material used its a shame that they didn't use this material on the new version. To conclude this is a very comfortable eye patch once washed they do fray after time showing the production wasn't the best so you would need to buy a few, however we have but many of these and wear them daily a great eye patch.

Reasonably comfortable eye patch for Myasthenia double vision
I have Myasthenia Gravis that can challenge my vision with double vision and drooping left eye; especially hard for walking and driving. This eye patch is more comfy than others and really blocks out light ... Elastic can be altered which helps as I have a small head. Used it a few times and has really helped me. Recommend it over the ones you get from hospital!

Comfortable and doesn't touch the eye
I had a terrible parasitic eye infection and this was a lifesaver, not touching my eye but keeping the light out completely. I couldn't have managed without this. I have several and they wash really well (I soak them in boiling water to sterilise them). Great product and well worth the money.

Not great quality
Ordered the exact same one I had from same seller as it was great. The second one rubbish. Not silky material like first. Also a lot smaller and mould part smaller.

Perfect for post cataract surgery
Despite one review which mentions 2 small gaps between nose & cheek (I also found this) when I close my other eye & keep my 'new' eye open, all direct/peripheral light is completely blocked. Moreover, I found the 2 small gaps (simply caused by the shape of the face) can easily be closed with the aid of 2 little pieces of micropore tape. Having said that, if you find tape uncomfortable or it causes an allergic reaction this patch may not be for you. I love the concave design & there's no pressure on my eye, it doesn't even touch my lashes. Another review said the edges felt uncomfortable, (again, I also found this) but if you loosen the velcro strip a tiny bit. the pressure (ie on cheekbone & forehead) eases considerably. Best of all, I can even wear my glasses on top of the patch to aid reading, using the computer etc with my other eye: looks weird but who cares?!? And yes, despite the concave design the lens of my glasses does touch it but the patch isn't forced against my eye. I've waited a few days before giving this review to see how I got on but suffice to say I'm really pleased with my purchase. It's washable too so I've just ordered another + 2 for the left eye (now waiting for the other cataract to be removed) so hopefully I'll be able to say I have 20/20 vision in 2020 !!! Finally, I'm not a robot BTW so if you've any questions don't hesitate to ask!

Very comfortable
I've just had eye surgery and the mask that the NHS gave me slips around and needs to be taped to me face! This mask works a treat and I didn't notice wearing it at night at all. Also it is shaped so that it doesn't touch the eye at all, which is what you need. I'd recommend this to anyone in the same situation.

Best eyepatch I have found for comfort and good fit
Does exactly what I wanted - the velcro fastening gives flexibility. It is a good fit for the eye, mostly sealong off stray light at the edges.
