Almost perfect copy of Magenta’s costume! It looks almost identical except that it’s a velvety material. It is pretty short, especially since there’s a slit at the bottom right in the middle of the dress. The only complaint is the white straps are uneven. One sits fine and the other is too big and had to be tailored a bit. Also,not that it matters much, but the middle V is not as deep as the actually costume. Again though, easy fix! The little maid hat thing it comes with is good, but I couldn’t stand the string and ended up cutting it off and I just clipped it in. Overall it’s a great buy for a good price! I’ve seen the same costume at a Halloween store for much more.

I am 5'6", 170lbs., 36DD. Typically a women's 10/12. I ordered standard size and the arms we snug and it could not have been any shorter in front. Wore black swim type shorts under it because of the length. Worked perfectly as a costume. It's thin with no stretch to it. Be careful ironing the white areas, cool iron. The lace melted a bit in one spot when my iron was too hot.

First of all, its a low cost party costume. It did very well for my daughter to wear to 3 parties. I had to sew the straps a bit tighter, but it was made to fit a bustier gal. It was rather large, but my daughter is a size 0. All I had to do was bunch up the low back in 2 places with a simple stitch and it fit great on her. ( all modifications took about 5 minutes)

Very cute costume! It is made very well. Not like the typical cheap bagged costumes. I received many many compliments. Very nicely made dress fits perfectly it comes with a cute little white apron. Costume comes with a little maids cap. But note: This costume does not come with a wig!Great costume, happy purchase. I'll be Magenta for many events to come!!!I also ordered the little black duster And Magenta's black booties. Both are available on Amazon. I just added fish net stockings. Also available on Amazon. And I have red hair so I didn't need a wig. Very happy with my complete costume purchase that came right to my door before Halloween.I was so happy not to have to deal with that mess and clutter and nonsense at the Spirit Halloween shop. What a nightmare!

I'm 5'2" and generally wear an xl in tops and bottoms pants are usually a 16 or 18 depending on brand. I carry more weight on the bottom half.I fit in the top half fits mostly ok. the "apron ties" are loose and hang. I have a 38 DDD chest and they lay limp. So I will be reattaching them so it lays nice.The bottom half fits OK but pulls a little.The packaging says for the XL size it fits up to size 22. I don't think it would. It's stretchy but the slit might rip and you would probably look like you're in a maid sausage casing. I should also say I tried it on while wearing spanx and a corset. Chest measurement 45", waist 37" and hips 52"My proportions are off for where the waist line hits. It's almost a drop waist on me. And its surprisingly short. I'm short so I figured it would be about knee length. Its easily 4" above the knee. and then there is the slit- which is almost panty flashing. So I'm wearing a yoga boy shorts so I'm not flashing.Costume is a kind of cheap but it will work. I wish I didn't spend nearly $50 on it- isn't worth the price. If I hadn't decided to throw a RHPS party in 10 days I probably would have looked elsewhere or asked a local seamstress to make a costume.Oh and the hat is useless

Too fun. The costume fit well, after a few alterations since it was one size, and I was very pleased. It was comfortable to wear, which was important, and I won costume of the night...out of 225 people (in Oct 2019). YAY!! So thank you for the quality costume, at the last minute. A fair price and the shipping was fast. I would recommend this costume to anyone. Hopefully we will all be able to have fun at Halloween again, in 2021.

Minus 1 star for the length. I loved this costume. It is so comfortable. Not too revealing up top for a busty gal like me, but the length is a little bit short for someone as short as me (I am 5'4" so I put on a black lace trimmed slip underneath to peek out slightly at the bottom and it looked great, sorry I did not take more pics).

This worked out very well except for the apron straps which were a little big for me not a fault of the costume just with me not being so well endowed. It was cold out so I wore black leggings so the slit in the middle didn't bother me. Everyone loved the outfit and we had a great time at Rocky Horror Picture Show. I took a Virgin with me so it was a lot of fun & next year he will go as Frank YES!
