Got this bag for multi night rafting and kayaking trips. Holds tons of gear and is super durable. Completely airtight even with the zipper, which is great. Roll top bags lose tons of space to make them waterproof. I had a small shipping abrasion on mine when it arrived(no fault of the manufacturer). I emailed them at 10:00pm at night and they promptly replied and sent me a replacement before my trip. Buy this bag and it will be the last one you need

Great zipper and waterproof. Used for sailing and fishing. Then the air relief valve just falls into it re defective glue job after about 90 days. It was never abused. Asking for an exchange. Will post response.Addition: contacted customer service at Skog A Kust. Sent pictures of what happened and they sent a new bag. Great customer service Dept. so changed to 5 stars for backing their product. Also bag is waterproof with a dry suit style zipper that does really keep your gear dry.

This company thought of everything for my needs. As a fire fighter I have been looking for a bag big enough to carry my supplies when on a long arduous wild land fire. We store our gear on top of the engine, completely exposed to the elements, as we fight the fire over weeks at a time and I need something that keeps my clothes and sleeping bag clean and dry. As a kayak guide in OBX NC, I gotta say this bag rocks!!! The bag is fully waterproof and airtight. Many say they are but when put to the test they fail miserably. But not this one! It's made with quality materials and the attention to detail is apparent. They provided a tube of zipper lube to maintain the dexterity of the high-end YKK zipper over time. The zipper itself is waterproof in addition to the bag material being waterproof. The bags fits EVERYTHING I need for a full day on the water guiding multiple groups. As a guide I see bags go overboard all the time for any number of reasons. The reflective finishes on the straps and webbing are very useful in these situations. The 1-way purge valve for compression is awesome. It allows me to fold the bag down compactly and store under my truck seat when not in use.

I use my 100L duffel to carry my emergency overnight camping gear to remote Alaskan mountaintops. The waterproof bag is perfect for keeping my emergency gear dry while sitting in the mountain snow waiting for helicopters to arrive, my bag spends quite a bit of time just sitting in snow drifts while I shovel snow to access mountaintop radio communications facilities. My gear always stays dry. The bag has held up to moderate abuse of being loaded and unloaded out of helicopter storage compartments and tossed around. This bag is great, you get what you pay for.
