Inspiring, Raw and Honest
I thoroughly enjoyed this read. Written from the authors own experience of trauma and adversity and how, in time this was overcome. The book was Inspiring, raw and honest with good strategies in terms of how to develop self care, self love and value ourselves, without being “preachy” or patronising. Suitable for all genders and all ages, this book I will share with friends and family alike!Shelley Lefort

Inspiring story
This is an inspiring journey of a woman who decided to live her worth. I am particularly impressed by the idea of cycle of victimization-we usually forget about the things we inherit from our parents and even previous generations and blame ourselves for so many things we are not responsible for. I recommend this book to anyone who want to reconsider their relationships and the way they perceive themselves. Touching and heartwarming in every sentence.

Two thumbs up!
Honest, vulnerable, transforming. From a male readers perspective I found this book to bring insight into a struggle that affects many women and even some men. To care and be cared for are vital to our healthy being. Maria shares her most relatable personal experiences to facilitate life coaching.

A sales pitch for author’s life coaching business
I was excited to read this when I heard it was helpful for dealing with a narcissist parent, however it didn’t have a lot of substance or practical advice. Pros were that it was a simple read but the con of it being a way to promote the author’s coaching business was a bit annoying.
