So easy for my 5 year old grandson to use. He loves it. And has told all his friends at school about it. The price was a little high but the joy he has playing with it makes it worth every cent.

There is no way to contact the seller even though that's what the instructions say. Amazon can't even contact them.It gets stuck in the screen of insert the sd card. Did all that trouble shooting.

Good Quality, Good Price and great technology. The realism is great, story quality could be better but for the price this is more than worth it.It definitely for ages 2 or even 3 years and up but why not start early with the learning tools it comes with. Get it, they'll grow into it if they are younger than two, it'll last trust.

This may be a toy for older kids or kids who play nice with their toys. My kid dropped it a few times and the screen cracked. I think its important to make any kids toy fall proof for durability. They are also going to pretend its other things, not just a cell phone. A simple built in sleeve could have saved it. But while it lasted, my kid had fun pretending she had a phone to call people.UpdateSeller reached out offering a refund for my imconvenience. 5 stars for customer service. Hopefully the toy can get fitted to protect against cracking.
