Effective but hard to swallow
These work as well as any other version of peppermint oil capsules but are not easy to swallow due to their shape. I have always struggled with sperical tablets.

These are very easy to swallow no after taste. They are also easy to store as it's not a massive packet. Came on time would highly recommend the price is also very reasonable

Easy to swallow. One was fine for me, but two in a day gave me diahorrea.

Don't get it, look elsewhere
Didnt work well and has seed oils in it?! Why did they feel the need to add seed oils to something that is meant to help your stomach lining?! Really annoying... And as I mentioned, it does not work like a mintec for example.
