Rose Revival Purifying Clay & Hyaluronic Acid Facial Treatment Mask

This is one of my favorite clay masks. Straight from the jar, it does have a really great scent. It's a combination of rose and something else. Looking at the ingredients, I'm going to say that the other scent is chamomile. Rose is definitely the dominant scent, though. In the jar, the scent is pretty strong, but once I started to apply the mask, the scent faded quickly.This rose clay mask has a good consistency. I've tried some clay masks that are so thick that it's hard to spread them. I've had others that are so runny that they don't stay on her face well. This is somewhere in the middle, not so thick that it doesn't spread well but also not so thin that it's running down your face. Once it was spread, it stayed in place until I washed it off.I like the way this hardens. Maybe, that's a weird thing to say, but I've had some clay masks that kind of hurt as they harden. This one hardens without it feeling like it's pulling on my face too harshly.Once I was done using this mask, my face felt smooth, soft, and refreshed. It did not irritate my skin at all.This does not come with a spreader to put the clay mask on. That's a small feature that would have been nice, but it's not a big deal. If, like me, you have other clay masks, you likely have something else that you can spread the clay mask on with. If not, it's easy to just scoop it with your fingers.At $39, this clay mask is on the higher-end price-wise. I probably wouldn't pay that for it, but it is of higher quality than most of the clay masks that I've tried, so it probably is worth the currently listed price. If this is within your budget, I would definitely suggest trying this rose clay mask.

With this mask you can purify, detox, and give your skin a new radiant look. I love everything about this mask. Instructions are easy to follow as well. 5 out of 5 stars!!

The rose scent of this mask is awesome, and I didn't find it overpowering. I didn't apply heavily, just made sure to get an even layer over my face. I opted to lounge the 10 minutes soaking in my tub, before wiping off with a washcloth and fresh water.On application I felt a tingling/burning, but this went away very quickly. I think I may have been a bit sun & wind-burned from an outing the day before, so I might avoid it in the same situation in the future. I did feel the mask tighten as it dried, but not excessively so, and after rinsing it did feel like my skin was a little dry. However it was extremely soft and smooth as well, and applying my usual toner/serum/moisturizer afterwards took care of that dryness without a problem. I want to keep touching my face now, it's that silky soft!Minus one star for the unnecessary addition of red coloring and rather high price.

I am all for clay masks, trust me. I have an overstock of every type of mask there is for skincare. I was excited to try this due to the hyaluronic acid as a primary ingredient.To start, it is packaged beautifully. The jar makes it look very expensive and like a high end product.The clay mask itself is overwhelmingly rose-scented. Which is primarily why I am giving this 3 stars. It almost gives me a headache when I’ve used it.However, the mask is definitely a bentonite clay intermixed with a multitude of other ingredients. It is more so cause for drying out the skin, which is a little more of a disadvantage for myself. It does exfoliate which I like.Overall, this would be much better if they added more moisturizing aspects such as oils and less scent.

This one doesn't work well on me. It's dries up my skin so it burns.

Whoa, I love this Volim Rose Revival clay mask! It smells faintly like rose and a rhassoul clay mask I used to use. The color is a definite Silly Putty pink. Who doesn't like that?! This 1.7 oz. glass jar will last a long time as it is a thick clay that spreads easily and thinly on your face. Ten minutes later and a rinse with a warm wash cloth and my face looked like glass. My pores looked nonexistent and deep down clean. What I really like is the inclusion of hyaluronic acid that counteracts the drying effect of most masks. I had steered away from masks as I have dry skin. My face didn't feel at all tight afterwards. This is gentle enough for me to use twice per week. I was surprised to see it is manufactured in Tampa as it seems like an exotic luxury product.So happy I tried this Volim mask. This would make a fun Mother's Day gift along with a rose!

I'm a fan of VOLIM products, as I've never tried one I did not like. This is no different. I appreciate the lovely, natural, and gentle fragrance. I love the consistency and softness of the texture. It spreads easily and feels wonderful as I smooth it across my skin. I really like that it actually does dry relatively quickly. It's a small jar, (as is all VOLIM products that I've tried), but it is easy to apply a thin layer, so it's going to last for many applications. It's a pleasure to use.

I really like this mask. It's silky and delicate, much gentler and mild than other clay masks I've used. A little of it can be used to cover my whole face. I wash and tone first so my pores are clean and open to the mask. It smoothly applies and dries without cracking or flaking in about 10 minutes or so. It's easily removed with water and a soft cloth and my skin feels simply marvelous afterwards. I want to buy this one again.
