Good product, however
I have a golf elbow issues, the doctor recommended to use ice as a part of the treatment, I bought this product, it's good however it will only be cold for a small amount of time,

Good Quality Ice Pack
The pack is good quality and has a long and wide velcro strap so you can wrap it around and part of your limbs. I use it for my knees. Delivery was on time and problem free so excellent there too.
