Though the instruction booklet says not to use while charging, it is possible so I haven't shut this thing off for any significant time in the month I've had it. If you run it on max while charging the charging port can get hot, perhaps why it says not to do that?Quiet, effective, still seems as high quality as day one. Battery lasts well over 13 hours on low, over 7 on medium, and precisely 1 hr 45 min on max.On highly windy days, one cannot expect to overpower mother nature, which is fair.In general I enjoy having air flow and the soft, gentle noise, so I enjoy this product thoroughly thus far.It's not going to single handedly change the effects of extreme conditions, however as a comfort item it is more than I bargained for, at a comfortable price.

I purchased this item for the days when working in the yard and in my garden. This neck fan has a long lasting charge with great airflow with no noticeable noise. It’s lightweight and fits comfortably around the neck. It also works well standing in line on hot days without shade ( I stood in line for about 40 minutes with a temperature of 99-102) did not sweat and felt comfortable with the fan around my neck and option of airflow speed. I purchased a second for my husband. Also, it sits neatly on the shoulder and around the neck.

I am a head sweater. Whenever I'm out running errands I seem to get hot living here in Las Vegas :) . My head starts to sweat and yuck. I got the product a few weeks ago and have used it while out shopping the last 2 weekends. My head was so happy. Kept me from sweating, it was great. I was in a store for over an hour and comfortable the whole time on low speed. I took it off in the car, went into another store, forgot to put it back on. I was in that store for about 15-20 minutes and head sweating almost immediately, uhg. Never again will I forget my neck fan. Yes it makes noise, it's a fan. On low its basically unnoticeable. Higher speeds are noticeable but worth it in my opinion. I'd rather deal with noise than be hot n sweaty. It is not air conditioning. It uses the ambient air temp, sucks it in and blows it up your neck and face keeping you dry and cooler. In my dry climate it's fantastic! Humid conditions could be different. It charges easily and pretty quickly. I just plugged it into my usb-c phone/tablet cord. Worked like champ. Would definitely buy again.

Doesn’t blow down on the back of your neck. Kind of heavy. Works ok- definitely better than nothing, but a portable hand held fan is better if your hands are free.

If you have heat sensitivity, have MS or another autoimmune disease, get this, keep it charged and with you…I did and it has saved me twice in the last month alone! I think I would’ve gone down had I not had it. Blows cooler air, multiple speeds, doesn’t knot or tangle in your hair and is very lightweight…it is substantial, but with the right collar and hair, can be even rather concealed..I am truly unsure if I would’ve been able to have gotten through a couple of events without this..without going into a significant flare…also easy to angle the air away/towards areas…I can’t have it blow on my face and I was able to keep it from doing that. I love this and wouldn’t be without it. It charges quickly, holds a great charge, and weighs so little I keep it in my purse…

This fan worked well, I was really happy with how it kept me cool in hot weather, even if it was a little on the noisy side. Two weeks ago, it stopped blowing air on one side as well as the back, and there is a burning smell coming from the right side that still blows air. Very poor durability after only 9 months - and it's not like I used the fan at all during the colder winter months.
