I bought these for my and my granddaughter's rucksacks, which had the annoying habit of slipping off our shoulders. They are rather fiddly to fit, but do the job

Have a small backpack that came without a sternum strap. These attach easily, are almost invisible when not used (if your bag and shoulder straps are black) and great when you’ve got that bit heavier load or swaying on a bike.

Good strap, take sometime to understand how to attach to the backpack, overall good product.

ARRIVED NEXT DAY WELL PACKAGED. LONG ENOUGH FOR WAIST AS WELL AS CHEST.

Well made and robust, but with a key flaw. The straps are so slippery they won't hold any tension at all. So they either have to be sewn in place or otherwise fixed. So really not much use.

Not used yet so difficult to comment on questions effectively. However they appear to be good quality and fit for purpose. Can't say anymore at this time.
