The bag is smaller than expected, both in height and depth, resulting in the attachments/tools sticking out of the top and a bit of a squeeze. Inside the bag it has a (foam like) section in the middle making it hard and awkward to fit all the attachments and tools inside. At first I thought it had been stitched faulty but after inspection it was stitched that way. If it was designed like this its not very good unfortunately. It should have a wider flat base for the bottom and longer in height so everything fits in easily and able to pull the cords shut to close so nothing falls out.

I love my steam mop,but when using it as a handheld I struggle with the weight ofit and find it very cumbersome. When searching for replacement pads I came across this pack.For the price it was great value as it comes with replacement brush tools, which are always handy and mop heads, the sling and storage bag.My main reason for buying this was the carrier/sling and I have to say it has been invaluable for me, taking the weight of my wrists whilst operating it has helped me get a lot more use outof my mop.Having the brushes colour coordinated means I know which ones I use for the bathroom, kitchen and oven, and the storage bag holds all my other mop accessories in one place.

Good but some extras not really needed

This is a very handy kit. Carrying the steam cleaner on my shoulder makes it easier to get on with the job in hand. The coloured nylon bristle heads means that I always know which one to use for around the toilet and never mix it up. The bag is handy - would have been nice if it was just a little bigger. My only gripe is the price was a little dear.

Good price and come in a useful bag to keep all in one place.

Excellent liitle pack to keep everything together. The only thing I think it would benefit from is being able to put the brushes on the end of the extension pipe that would normally be used for clothes steaming. If this was possible it would be easier to clean the inside of the cooker so you dont have to put the whole hand steam in there. Apart from that its excellent

Bought this when I order a H2O mop, but the bage was the only thing not included with the mop itself. Don't like the sling the velcro does not hold the mop securely.
