Malfunctioned the first time I plugged it in
Never even got to use the press, I plugged it in the very first time and it popped and flashed. My husband (master electrician) took it apart to see if there was a fuse that may have tripped and instead found bare wires touching the metal around the press cuff, and this burn mark on the control board/circuit board. Now I have 2 tumblers that are ready to press and no press and lost money. Wish I had never purchased this item.

Does not work with 15 OZ mugs
This product does not work with allow 15 oz coffee mugs. Disappointed that the description was wrong.

Clamp gets stuck, temperature is incorrect it gets way too hot. I wish I could return it
