I had surgery and considered returning this item, as the hospital supplied one. I am ever so glad I didn't! Some of the great features: 1) There is a velcro mate on the tab that you can use to launder the item! Brilliant! 2) The velcro tab itself is slightly tapered. This means it always fits on the belt, even wheni it's at a slight angle. I have so many snags from the hospital provided belt. 3) The stitching between the bands of elastic is tight and feels like it's good quality. 4) The velcro tab can adhere to any location on the belt. This is wonderful, as it gives so much flexibility to the belt size AND makes it more useful as the elastic stretches with use.I love this item. I have never been so glad I didn't return something in my life.

This brace is AWESOME! I've had others, but this is the best. It is also very easy to puton by yourself. The tab over the Velcro for laundering is GENIUS!

This band is comfortable and easy to use. The only reason it isn’t 5 star is because after 2 weeks of use it is struggling to keep the valcro sticking. Otherwise I LOVE it. I would buy again if there was ever a need!

I got this Incase I had a c-section and I'm really glad I did. I used this within 24 hours of surgery. It helps to keep the stomach together during postpartum and reduced movement around my incision area. Highly recommend a belt for postpartum, especially if you have a C-section.However, this actual belt is okay.Pro: it is tall to get all the areas needed. The Velcro is crazy sticky and definitely provides a strong hold. It also has a wide range of sizes. I am around a size 16/18 and got the XXL. I probably should have gotten the XL or just L. It comes with a spare swatch to cover the sticky Velcro for washing.Con: Velcro is crazy sticky, it ruined a few of my shirts and leggings. To get the belt on smoothly it requires 2 people, 1 to hold the top and 1 to hold the bottom.Otherwise great belt!

I have worn this now for 24 hours and am very happy with it. I had an incisional hernia with bowel blockage in May. As I am losing weight my abdomen is dragging more and causing the sight to hurt quite a bit. This brace gives excellent support and stops the discomfort and hopefully helps to keep the hernia from returning too quickly. And it is fully adjustable to go along as I continue to lose weight.

The material that its made of hurt, rubbed and scratched my incisions from surgery. If you have fresh incisions the material could rub on them so much it could reopen the wounds. This is only good for wearing it on the outside of cloths, in no way should you wear this on your skin.

Ordered this for after my c-section. Loved the bag it came in and it fit amazing!

Three weeks after breaking eight ribs and a shoulder blade I ordered this from Amazon It shipped in two days and really helps while moving around and sitting. I'm still not comfortable laying down so have been sleeping in my recliner. This binder is easier to put on since it doesn't have extra straps, etc. Would recommend it over a lot of others that I looked at and the first one I bought. Good sturdy product.

My husband had surgery 6/17 for hernia. Ended up septic on life support for 60 days. In hospital 90+ days. The hernia through all that was undone so he has this massive hernia in abdominal area plus just skin and beneath thin skin are his innards that unless he is going to die then they might due surgery on it. So we have struggled with binders that I have had to sew on protective fabric for his belly. He says yours are amazing. Wears all day and I don’t have to think about covering for him. We just want and need to say thank you.
