PET Standard Reusable Tray Compatible with PetSafe ScoopFree Self-Cleaning Cat Litterbox

I purchased the accompanying self cleaning litter box that this was designed for as a birthday present for my boyfriend and I knew he wouldn't like using the disposable trays, and I didnt want to clean the metal version, so I was thrilled when I found this one. It arrived quickly and is durable and easy to clean. It fits perfectly and the tray at the front is decently sized. I definitely recommend this.

This has been a long awaited resolution from the expensive paper disposable trays. They used to be maybe $15, then skyrocket to nearly $30. I ended up trying to reuse the paper box for awhile, cause money was super tight, and tried to wipe it clean when changing the litter, but that was becoming very difficult even though the wax coating helped it stay usable for the time, it eventually became too gross and moist. Plus was very difficult to pick up and toss in the trash. But this plastic tray is amazing. I just scoop out the bits, and put into a bag, either leave the unused litter, and add some new litter on top. Or I will dump all the litter in a trash bag and put fresh litter after spraying and wiping out the reusable/washable tray. If it gets too gross, I have washed it in the bathtub, once removing the litter of course. But it has been an amazing upgrade from the $30 plastic waste boxes. And the name brand plastic version is almost $70. I am glad I found the same thing, but cheaper. It has held up nicely, even with 3 cats sharing the litter box. Definitely happy with this product. Also recommend using Clumping litter, or the crystal litter, works great for my kitties.

Fast delivery from US to Europe. Fits perfectly with the newer PetSafe ScoopFree. Material looks good. Only time will tell, but I am satisfied with the product.

The tray fit well, but the cat poops after the first pass of the rake and the poop gets stuck behind the rake. Poor design!!

The waste receptacle is a little smaller than I would like. I need to clean it out about once a week.

Have installed any way I can. The piece that fits on the trap causes problems either way. Doesn't allow the trap to close completely close. In addition it holds up the wire scooper so that feces does not make it to the trough and then it can develop a smell if nog immediately emptied. I think I will have to switch back to the more expensive disposable models.

This tray is simply an inferior product when compared with its competitor. With warped sides and very weak magnets, it fits poorly and will be going straight back. You really get what you for.

I’m glad I don’t have to buy the refills anymore. Only thing I dislike is that all the litter gets bunched up where the poop goes. So there is a bit of wasted litter but I still love the way it saves me money and easy to clean
