Q: I see this comes with two magnetic ‘keys’ per lock. We need 4 ‘keys’ to work on one lock, is there a way to add additional ‘keys’?

Q: Will the magnet lose its magnetic strip after sometime?

the "cover" might come loose I used a High temp "Gasket maker to bond to the frame (that holds the magnets in place) look here https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=Gasket+maker the J-B Weld 31314 Red High Temp RTV is what I used if the "cover" is a metal strip do the same thing to it you may have to re apply the RTV but that is easier than replacing lock (cheaper also) I've been using the same tube for over 10 years. feel free to ask me other questions on this product

Not necessarily. We send items to FBA frequently and the keyed alike are the same by lots. You can purchase the set of 5 KA. Or, you can order them from our Amazon store front and request the two sets to be keyed alike.

Q: To be clear, anyone could “pick” this with any magnet, right?

No! Anyone cannot pick this lock with any magnet. Both the strip and the lock have magnetic fields that match to open.
