Love the color but it's a little dry.

I always try to find more natural products to use for my beauty routine, and this was a lip gloss that I thought I would try. The company, Honeybee Garden has good ingredients and the color was pretty. The downsides, however, are that it is very thick and sticky- so I really didn't like the overall consistency of it. I absolutely love this product. It is thick consistency and long-lasting and have watermelon taste and smell. This lip gloss is paraben-free and super-moisturizing. Love it.

I had high hopes and this gloss truly let me down. It was very thin, gritty and overall unpleasant. Not sure if I got a bad one or what. Description says it is supposed to be "long lasting" and "watermelon flavored". This was neither. It smelled, tasted and felt like olive oil with fine sand in it...provided little to no color. I'm returning it and recommend ya'll steer clear of this gloss.

It's a thin formula and the color payoff isnt anything great. You'll need to reapply often and the price point just isn't worth it for me. I love the brands face powder, eyeliner and blush but I wont be buying a lipgloss again from them.

Smelled rancid and made my lips itch. This color is not as described, and the smell is NOT watermelon. Maybe I got old lipgloss. It is more of a warm, muted pinkish/nude with shimmer color. Definitely looks different on that in the tube. Disappointed because I love their powder, eyeliner, and mascara, and have used those products for over a decade.

As a avid user of Clinque's Almost Lipstick, I was disappointed when my favorite shade was discontinued. For several years, I searched for a lipgloss color which was similiar. While perusing the Honey Bee Gardens website, I finally found a match with Lucious Lip Gloss Innocence. The lipgloss is more like a liquid lipstick in texture and coverage. The lipgloss is scented with a watermelon flavoring. After once application, you only need to reapply a few times during the day. It's a great product, however there a downside to this lipgloss: It expires quickly because it is a "natural" product. Within thirty days of opening the tube of lipgloss, it developed a "rancid" smell and the consistency had changed. If you can afford to change lipgloss every thirty days, than this is probably a good fit for you, but if you are a budget buyer, I would recommend looking elsewhere. I did have the same experience with the Honey Bee Gardens Mineral Face Powder and Mascara I purchased as well.Comment Comment | Permalink
