Very spacious
This box is very spacious and sturdier that I expected. I got it as a craft box to start teaching my toddler crafts. I got a lot in there and there is still a good amount of room left. So far so good!

Prefect for other things besides fishing supplies
The media could not be loaded. I use my box for my drawing supplies. I need another box for my crocheting and supplies. I will purchase in the future.

More suited to crafts
I know it's just my opinion, but I don't think this box would hold up to being tossed in a trunk or on back of a truck with pliers, lead weights and various other fishing tackle bouncing around inside. I remember the tackle boxes my dad used to have and how those things got tossed around like they were invincible. Although they weren't made of steel, they were made from a very thick plastic and could probably withstand the weight of a bowling ball dropping on them. This case is very lightweight and would be crushed under a bowling ball. Maybe people today don't fish like the Neanderthals of my youth and this case could actually survive a day on the lake. Maybe...but I don't think I would have a lot of confidence in its long term durability. Now, having said that, I think this case makes an excellent case for crafts. I had previously bought another case of this type for my polymer clay supplies, but it ended up being a bit too small. This one is plenty big enough with a little room to spare. Also, the smaller case did not open as far and trying to dig out items from the back of the bottom tray was difficult. The trays on this new case open up wider providing easy access to items stored in the back of the bottom tray. Bottom line, it's a great case for storing craft supplies, but I'd think twice before taking it fishing.
