I got this because I am doing my best to keep the pipes clean as far a my blood circulation goes. I already take about 4 supplements specifically for that because it's that important to me. Now I have been seeing this Nattkinase popping up for a while and here lately I made myself study it. There is not a ton of studies but the few of them that I could find were extremely promising. I was honestly very surprised. But what was the tipping point for me was the comments usually from elderly people who had scans and what not that resulted in a percentage result of their situation. Then after taking Nattkinase they got scanned/tested later and that percentage dropped significantly. In a few cases I recall it even went to Zero. Now of course it goes without saying that you don't believe everything you hear and read but this looked sincere and I could see no reasons with these comments for ulterior motives. I will say my radar is on for more information from newer studies for confirmation.So I tried Nattkinase and really noticed nothing. Not surprising because of the other supplements I take for circulation. But I really liked this brand and wanted to try this one because it is the first one I have seen that is third party tested. That means a lot to me. I don't want to waste any time with fakes. I do wish it stated if the 3rd party test was done in the USA/UK or Canada and at the time of this review I could not find that.. It very well might be but I do not recommend a brand unless it is. I still give this 5 stars because I said it's the first Nattkinase 'I' have seen that is third party tested. I like 6000 Fibrinolytic Units so I am going to need 3 of these caps. The studies I saw had best results with about 6000 to 8000 Fibrinolytic Units. I am not having any sides with this and trust it is doing it deal. If you really think about it, there is not one good thing that happens with poor circulation. But we can list pages of all the possible bad things that can happen. Good Luck and hope this was helpful.

I've been using Brieofood Nattokinase for about a month now, replacing a previous brand. The effect is quite similar, in that it has a noticable relaxant effect, and this helps me a little bit reducing stress in the evening. I only take 1/4 to 1/2 of a capsule for this just to be on the safe side.As I understand it, natto has some vitamin k in it, which is a clotting factor and can work against the blood thinning effect. Some nattominase products filter out the vitamin k, including my previous brand, but I haven't noticed much difference in overall effect between them.I follow health trends and life extension science and noticed that recently nattokinase has come up as a Big New Thing, based on recent research, according to one YouTube doctor who's usually a skeptic of health fads.

Taking along with other supplements as part of a detox protocol.Good price, good quality product. I will buy again

I have not taken for long enough to comment on the effectiveness but giving it one star for misleading heading, 4000iu is for two tablets so when comparing with others it is more expensive than you think. I will review rating if it actually works in 45 days time. Should have returned the product but was keen to start taking them so did not.
