The print head was clean but caused the printer to display the dreaded "Ink System Failure" alert. I verified that the ink reservoirs were properly primed with ink from brand new XL cartridges. For the price and being shipped by Amazon, I had hoped for a better product with better quality control than what I received. Disgusted, and in need of the printer, I ended up repairing the ink detection probe contacts on the print head to get the printer to function.

I put in the printhead in my printer and it didn't work, so was disappointed that the item that I got was not any good.

First order was not working Black ink.I used brand new original HP ink.I requested replace and they send it right away.It was awesome. Free return.Second time was not working color.Black ink only.I did not request again. because its OK I can use black.I wonder If they can fix my original print head I would love to.(I use Cross Reference Ink Cartridge make broken...)

I bought one time one from Ebay and I thought that the printer was broken. Then I decided to take the risk and send for this one to see if the one from Ebay was defective and wallah, It worked like a charm. So, it wasn't that the printer was defective, was the printhead that Ebay sold me was defective. I strongly recommend this product.

je connais bien mon imprimante , dépannée plusieurs fois coté tête (poussières , déchets papiers pris par la tête) , réinstallée cette tête recyclée mais rien a faire message d'erreur 0xc19a0013 apparemment la nouvelle tête n'est pas défectueuse mais ne fonctionne pas avec des cartouches adaptables, je ferais un tentative avec des cartouches HP, si pas concluant je renvoie, donc aprés avoir provisionné des cartouches Hp, reconnues par la machine aucune possibilité ni d'alignement , ni de nettoyage et encore moins d'impression, d'où retour mais prix du retour prohibitif: adresse en chine

Wäre eine günstige Alternative zum Original HP-Kopf um über 200€ gewesen.Leider wird der Kopf trotz mehrere Versuche eines Fachmannes vom Drucker nicht erkannt bzw akzeptiert.Somit leider unbrauchbar.Hatte schon ein ungutes Gefühl aufgrund der Bewertung eines anderen Käufers,aber hatte gehofft,daß das nur ein einmaliges Problem sei.Mir ist schon klar,dass um diesen Preis die Qualität nicht da ist,aber funktionieren könnte er doch.Somit werden nur sündhaft teure Ressourcen vernichtet!
