Good size, Easy to use and clean

I like it a lot.
I got this for use in a home kitchen. I don't know that I will ever bother to marker it up with times, etc. but it is a nice additional container, in a very nice size for things like collecting venison trim when butchering, brining small trout before smoking, brining pork chops for the grill, and holding cleaned mushrooms during food prep.I don't have anything else like it to compare this to, but I like it a lot.
