I like these mats because they are substantial and well finished. They arrive rolled but soon life flat. I wish they had grey ones but these just had to do. They are worth buying in a pack of two and all I need now is for my cat to use them.

Very sturdy and functional it has a reasonable size and the base of the mat has a anti slip surface so no need for adhesive to hold it in place. Takes a little while for cat to get used to it, but it will encourage them to grew their claws on it instead of scratching furniture and other things like door frame. Material is good quality and can take your pet scratching it.

These scratching mats are brilliant, our four month old kitten goes straight to them when scratching. He has never once scratched at the carpets. I am going to order another two.

Not great on arrival. The mats come rolled up, making it difficult to lay them flat. The sticky tabs to hold them in place are pretty pointless against the weight of mats which are trying to recoil again. Maybe they’ll flatten in time. Cat seemed more interested in my swearing at trying to lay them than the mats themselves. Will see.

Bought these to deter our new kitten from destroying the sofa/curtains, and they work really well. We have placed one near the curtains and I have stuck this to the floor using the adhesive tapes, and have put the other in the living room without sticking it down. I would recommend sticking them down if you can as they pull up when kitty scratches them. He uses them a lot, and will walk over them and stop and scratch, so they work well and he seems to know what they are for. I would recommend. They are sturdy and he has used them a lot and they still look new.

As soon as I put it on the carpet my cat was on it! Good size and stays in place. Quality is really good.

Had high hopes for this as the cat was always scratching the carpet. This mat is next to useless. Cat ignores is. Too small and keeps curling up at the sides - meaning we keep tripping up over it.

Sticks to the carpet or flooring and doesn’t move.
