Nice large bright canopy.

For the price it is a fantastic shade. It has made our patio bearable in the summer (Hertfordshire can get pretty hot in July) in our sun trap garden. It would be great to have some anchor points, tensioning rods etc but that would drive the cost up and you would need different things for different situations so its probably best to buy them separately anyway. The only downside as other reviewers have mentioned is the potential to collect rainwater, this can be avoided if its tightened right up and doesn't form a concave shape when it rains, hard to achieve, i've taken to propping the middle with a covered pole/sweeping brush and will take down in the rainy season (most of the year). Probably just stringing a rope through the middle so it forms a slight tent shape would do it. Colour is lovely, only had it a month or so so don't know if it will last. Seems robust though.

Robust all round. I have left this up in gale force wind (by accident not design) all stitching and D rings intact. Need to follow guide for installation otherwise will uproot any lesser support posts. Uses 100mm X 100mm posts with rollers and cleats mounted about half metre further out from sail size to allow more stretch at each corner. This did require more rope than supplied.

Have hung this inside the conservatory to reduce the glare and heat gain. Works well and we even left it up through the winter 9when we don't use the conservatory) It is well made but not too heavy duty, so would not leave it up outside.

I ordered this item due to the good reviews. However, upon installing it and being quite sunny the sun rays were still quite strong coming through the material.This is not what I expected form a sun shade. It's main purpose to provide shade. I was disappointed. I am now returning item for a full refund, however, on the return slip it says " items must be unused". My question is how are customers supposed to know if the item is free of faults or defects if you are not allowed to use it?? The terms seems very unfair and I am sure contrary to the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Excellent and waterproof. Good quality, very thick and works brilliantly.

When fitting you need to keep one side much higher to allow rain to run off. Good quality material and very well made.
