i just screwed it in, making sure the internal washer wasn't wonky and hey presto no leaking tap(this is the one it came with) so now i can just click and connect the starter hose with the spray gun on for doing the patio and some plants, no more digging out the entire hose pipe for this purpose, and i have a spare if i need one, and at this price, it is sure is worth it.it just works, so buy yourself a quick connect...

These are great, but we cannot say about usage because we bought the wrong size.From the look of them though, they look well made, good thread, sturdy brass construction and comes with washers in the bag.

Garden hose tap fitting too small for my outdoor tap so had to purchase an adaptor which, if course, increased the price. But otherwise I am pleased with the hosepipe. I can water my veggies

Well there not what I expected brough connection as it does not fit any of my female connection. I thought these were narrow ones as you do get brough and narrow male connections. I will keep them as it is alway good to have spare male connections.
