My temp keeps rising after i set the temp, time and mode. it is set to 160 f and goes to over 300. any advise to fix this? also, whats the red button?

Hello, In order to solve the problem,FIRSTLY, let us try if the machine can work under the Celsius temp.
1.Please press the + and - button at the same time to change the temperature from Fahrenheit to Celsius;
2.Press the “set” button once and set the temperature;
3.Press the “set” button again and set the time. 
4.Press the “set” button the third time to return to the home. If you don’t need to set time, then you need press “set” button twice to return to the home after set the temperature.
Please check if it can work well under the Celsius. If it can work well, please use the Celsius temperature to use this machine.
SECONDLY, if the first step cannot solve your problem, or you are not willing to use the machine under Celsius temperature, please let us know, we can send you a new replacement of the control box.Please kindly send us your detailed address and phone number to our after-sale email, and we will send it to you as soon as possible.
