Great sound, bad hardware
The double jam block sounds great. Unfortunately the mounting hardware is not so great. The eye bolt and wing nut are terrible. They were hard to turn out of the box. The threads are damaged. I did manage to get the wing nut on. But it shouldn't have been as much of a struggle. Not worth returning for a refund. I am only deducting one star given the low price.

Cheap feeling metal, doesn't bolt together very sturdy
It's hard to tell from the photos but the 3/8 rods sit inside the metal bar and the screw in, using a screw from the bottom, into the rod. This is not like other percussion mounts that have eye-screws that tighten around them.I was hoping to use this for more heavy duty cowbells or drum pads, but the stand is pretty flimsy. It also doesn't tighten down all the way. I had to add washers for it to sit properly. The bar is 31" with 5 rods spaced evenly apart, which is larger than the other models. Bummer that you can't add other angle rods. Its not compatible with other things. The blocks are OK. 2 sound great the rest are bad

Very poor quality
The sounds isn’t too bad but the quality is pretty bad. There’s white stress lines on the plastic already. They don’t stay straight. The Tension nut keeps coming loose after a few hits. I had to put the nut and bolt in a vise and get a wrench to work it on the the threads. The metal wasn’t machined correctly. Overall for 15 dollar fun to play around it might last few months. I would have rather invested the 15 dollars into the LP version. After this one is through I’ll prob upgrade it is fun.

Good sound, poor mounting screw.
This jam block sounds good, no complaints at all. Sadly, the fixing screw is really of bad quality: if you don't replace it, this entire thingy will fall or at least will turn freely. Luckily to replace it is easy and inexpensive. Annoying anyway, but it has solution.

Screws don’t stay tight
Screws don’t stay tight the blocks move and fall off

No eye bolts!!!
The media could not be loaded. I had to drill and grind slots for eye bolts but it is now perfect if you have tooling. If not don’t do it.

Updated--Didn't last (Good jam block sound, feels solid & durable.)
Update--after less than a year, and really not that much use (about 10-15 hours of use helping to support tempo with my parade marching band that I teach), this developed huge cracks and is now trash. Students did not use it, it wasn't dropped, just hit with a drumstick.I've bought a few of these over the years as a timekeeper for teaching marching band (I clamp them to a handle), and this should serve that purpose well for me. The nice, thick lip on the top surface should help with durability AND it doesn't chew up the drumsticks. This is a lower pitch than some of the other jam blocks I've tried, but it would still fit well in various styles as a drumset accessory as well.

Sounds Great; Shame About the Hardware
This sounds exactly like you want a jam block to sound: loud, clear, and cutting. The plastic is durable enough to take its hard knocks (which you want for anything percussive). However, you're going to want to replace the mounting screw, which does a pretty lousy job of holding the block in place once it's mounted (it's a quick and cheap fix, but not one you should have to do, which is why I deducted a star).
