Ok so far
Used it once. Seems ok so far. I used it to drill out a smaller hole (8mm?) in a steel sheet (3mm thick?) so it was an easy task. Oiled but when drilling to keep it sharp.

It is really 10mm.
If you are installing Blum hinges and drawers you really need to use a 10mm bit instead of a 3/8" bit which is close but the 10mm bit makes it much much easier.
