Excellent product - customs on both sides very happy with the bag carrying my epi-pens. Perfect size too.

It's portable just what I wanted for my insulin...Just what I wanted ....

The media could not be loaded. The size of this case is perfect for my pens and needles although the needles I use are larger than the usual ones and I’m so pleased they do fit. The whole thing is sturdily made and seems of good quality. Two net areas for small items like needles and insulin bottles and there are two elastic areas for pens so it converse you either way you administer. There are two cooling gel packs that you have to freeze before inserting into the case but the instruction on placement is a little confusing. I placed them where they fit the most comfortable and they kept my pens cool for the whole time I was out. The cool packs were still cool after 6 hours.I haven’t used it for any longer so I cannot comment on how long it will keep the contents cool but it is something I will be using as a regular on my days out.

Purchased this for my wife's diabetic pens, to keep them cool whilst travelling to crete. The "ice" packs were left as it states on them in the fridge, we even put the hole case in to help, but after 2hrs when we had to show security the contents, we found them to be room temperature. So the pens were then warm. Not good when they should be kept cold, hense the purchase of this item.

This insulin case is the perfect size for carrying insulin of course, but I have a few of these and use them for my small electronics like my little transistor radio for example. They are also great for large pen lasers and my portable game systems which keeps them very well protected.I use the gel packs in my lunch container and they work great for keeping my perishables cool through the day. 5 stars and my recommendation. This travel case is a good option for keeping medications, syringes, or pens at the proper temperature for short periods of time. It comes with two gel ice packs, one for each side, and has two mesh pockets for storing medication. The zipper and fabric case itself seem sturdy and would handle average wear and tear from being carried in a purse or bag. It is very compact and easy to pack with you during daily activities. The ice packs stay cold for only a few hours, so this would be best suited for short term travel, such as bringing to work/school or on short flights before returning to proper refrigeration.

Los panes de frio que se supone deben ser de perlas de gel, son rigidos y con volumen al pasar a estado sólido por congelación. Dado el volumen que ocupan en el estuche, se hace casi imposible poner las plumas de insulina y cerrar la cremallera con comodidad, ya que hay que forzarla un poco. A parte, el material aislante interno no cumple su función, ya que a la que llevan un rato los panes helados en su interior, la humedad transpúa y el estuche queda mojado, asi como lo que este en contacto con el. No estoy satisfecho con el producto.
