This is a Follow up to my review: I emailed the company about the "Best Use By Date" and they sent me another bottle with a much better "Best Use By Date". It's still a littler less than a year but much better than 4 months. I had previosly purchased rennet tablets that had a 2 year experation date but I did'nt like having to disolve the tablets because they never seemed to disolve completly. Very good customer service and I would buy from them again.I just received this bottle of Rennet from New England Cheesemaking Supply and the best used date is only 4 months away. I would not buy New England Cheesemaking Supply's rennet again because the potency will start to diminish very soon and then I'll have to expirement to know how much more of the rennet I will need to add inorder to curdle the milk since it will have lost it's potency. I would suggest asking what the stamped date on the bottle is before you buy something that is almost expired.

I wish I had known about it needed to be refrigerated asap. I did get it and now I can't wait to try it

Es un producto de excelente calidad, el cuajó que forma en la leche para llevar mis quesos es muy bueno, fuerte y no deja ningún mal sabor en mi queso. Se debe seguir la cantidad sugerida por el fabricante o según la receta de queso y en tipo de leche usada

El producto fue dejado en las oficinas del complex en vez de mi apartamento y cuando lo busqué estaba tibio. No se si funcione o nos haga daño porque perdió la cadena de frío no se si usarlo
