The bike was received a week before it was scheduled in a pretty banged up box with a broken display mount. Everything else was perfectly fine. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent a new part and a paint pen for a scratch that was obtained. I LOVE the bike! It is so fun to ride up and down the hills in my neighborhood and even better on the beach. It is a great bike for the money on the market.
