Product bought to give energy boost. As with many of these that I have purchased to aid with my manual job, I find that each product varies wildly in performance. Even when the same product is purchased, the results are vastly different. Make sure you stay hydrated or you'll end up with a headache.

You get a cheapish feeling box however I feel the design and labels on the box are quite good.Inside the box you get some quite large pills of which you're to take 2 per day. The main box labels as a food supplement where as the inner packaging is labelled as a male performance enhancer and coloured blue akin to Viagra.Not sure the reason for you to purchase this but if you're expecting miracles, like with any product of this type you'll be disappointed. If you're after something to support your daily life then these could be great for you.Selenium is within healthy levels also where I've seen some which are higher. Selenium has great long term health effects but high concentration can also be damaging.This said the advice is 2 pills and I believe that would be 300mg of selenium so not sure I'll buy again soon. Advice is 400 max so not sure my daily intake from other sources.

Have bought this thought might give it a try from other product. After taking two capsules on empty stomach could not feel anything. I did felt litlle energetic than usual but did not had any effects on erection. Item arrived quick and was in long expiry date

Enough of these you will roar like a lion, can’t wait for the long term affect.
