Quick, fun game
We love this game when we just want to have a quick and easy experience. It adapts well to two player. Since buying it we've already played it many times. My kids even enjoy it.

Enjoyable filler, but some issues; notably, card size.
A few other reviewers have mentioned some problems with the rules, which can hinder playing the game, but after two or three play-throughs I think we got the basics down. One counter-intuitive detail is that each round players keep getting more witch cards, sometimes having close to a dozen and a half in front of them depending on number participating, yet can only choose three to play on their turns for that round with the rest unused for an entire game. The point of passing out cards seems to be that when the deck is exhausted a match is over and scoring occurs. One flaw however, which is not apparent from the product pictures Amazon has up, is the cards themselves. They're glossy, and while not particularly thick they aren't thin to the point of being fragile, but these are not full-sized cards. Instead, they're about the same overall size as the original cards typical of titles such as Ticket to Ride, which makes a deck of this size hard to shuffle; about the only effective way is to halve the deck and then keep swapping a quarter of the cards between halves, or by dividing up into thirds and swapping that way. Expect to be chasing cards across the table though during shuffles and play given their size.Likewise, the box itself has no dividers so once owners separate the cards out of their packaging they're just loose in the box without some add-on box or bag - I wouldn't try using a rubber band, as the cards probably aren't thick enough to survive that very well. The fifteen or sixteen expansion cards for the Broom Service boxed game are printed in German and French, or at least they were for the version my sister received. They were also of the same small size; as I don't know what size cards come with the full-on title I can't say if they match these or not.

It is a fun game.
It is a fun game....but honestly we had to watch how to play it online. There are a couple things that have come up that didn't seem to be answered in the rules. Aside from that my it is very enjoyable.

Not very fun.
Based on the fact that The Broom Service board game is pretty good, and the reviews for the card game seemed solid, we recently purchased. After spending several hours with it I have to report that the game is pretty bad. The cards are very small. meaning that the type is a bit of an eye-chart. The quality is acceptable but the rules are a bit confusin, and playing a card game with micro-sized cards makes hand management awkward. We purchased this as an add-on item, so I am not seriously upset, but I would be very dissapianted had I paid full price. With so many great options out there for family card games, I would avoid this altogether.

Simple and cheap
Great game for $3! As much luck as game theory and bluffing but for a $3 add-on, it could not be beat!

Really fun short version of Broom Service!
I love this, I play it a lot more often than the board game version because it is so much shorter. I just wish it had a few more combinations for the bonus cards! I had to make some of my own for extra variety.

Simpler Version of the Board Game
Broom Service is also a board game. This card game is basically a stripped down and simplified version of the full game. Overall, it has cool gameplay, but I would suggest getting the full version in the board game.
