15" x 15" Volcano Digital Clamshell Heat Press with Plug-in Port/Socket

I've had this heat press for two years now, using it daily with our small home based business. It is a good sturdy heat press. Only had two issues with it. 1st was a temperature issue. About 6 months in, the temperature did not reach the level it was set at. Called customer support and they advised me of the temperature offset in the settings. The second was that over time the bottom platten bolts came loose. I used an allen wrench to retighten them.We did purchase the cup press as well, but we haven't really used that very much.Overall, I have been satisfied with this purchase.

This is an amazing heat press. It is easy to understand and works like a charm!! I would (and have) recommended it to other crafters. Well worth the money.

I was afraid to plug this thing in and start using it but after staring at it for a week I decided to give it a go. The heat is even throughout the hot plate. It is easy to set your temp and time and adjust the pressure.

I was excited when I originally got this press however that excitement has worn off. The press works great for simple HTV applications. I have tried it several times with transfers from multiple companies and I haven't had any luck at all. I even purchased a temp gun to verify the temperature and still no luck. Now in the process of finding a new press because this isn't doing what i want and I'm tired of destroying transfers.

I returned this the same day I got it. it would not turn on. i couldn't even adjust the pressure knob because it was so loose. the plates wouldn't touch when I pushed the bar down. there was also stuff stuck on the heat plate.

Excellent quality heat press! Super heavy duty, reaches temp I’m short amount of time, and very user friendly. I have done 40+ shirts so far and about 50 Koozies and all have turned out perfect.

When I recieved the box and opened it. Found cord strung out instructions out of place and the base has so many sharp points that it will differently cut you if your not careful. Very dissatisfied with the press. Almost as if I got a used one. Not happy at all.

Been using it for 7 months now and zero issues ! Pressure settings work great . Only thing I wish it had was some sort of “auto off” feature that turned the machine off if it hasn’t been pressed in like 20 mins or something but EVERY FUNCTION it has works great !
