Works well with cabinetmate. Easy to install and drill pin holes. Made the process easier.

i used this with the milesCraft shelf pin jig, the bit self centered in the jig, depth of hole is adjusted with the included allen wrench so all holes are the same depth, jig allows for perfect alignment. like others have said the wood fibers drilled out do tend to accumulate inside the bit, for me every few holes i just push up the spring action jacket covering the bit and hit the drill trigger briefly cleans it out nicely. just beware that it works better if you clean the wood debri out of the bit as you go and you should not have any issues with it.

Tried to adjust depth and when I loosen the screw the spring came flying out. After getting it back together I used it on a piece of fine furniture and the depth was perfect and I now converted a TV cabinet to a Sterio Cabinet - Works perfectly - Recommend this product

This thing fell apart after one use on 2 sets of adjustable shelves. No amount of tightening an Allen wrench did anything

I had purchased the full kit for 1/4 inch pegs and found not only did I also need the 5 mm one but the kit had a place to store both of them in one nice package now I am ready to drill what ever size I need and yes other than setting the depth once it seems to be a quality materials and design I am happy
