I purchased this unit intending to subdue a smoke odor in a client’s truck who had quit smoking and wanted to rid his vehicle of the remnants. Overall, the unit operated without issue and exactly as expected. It was delivered promptly, undamaged, and complete with instructional information as well as a sign to hang at the entrance to caution bystanders. Some advice on using an ozone machine to eliminate odors within a space will be most effective once the odor-producing source has been eliminated, or the smell will return shortly after. So, for best results, clean the source of the issue first, then proceed with one to two uses of the machine.

The home we moved into was previously occupied by a heavy smoker. After heavy cleaning it still smelled of cigarettes. I suffer from a lung disease and couldn’t handle smelling it, so we bought this After using it as directed, the smell is gone! I truly recommend this machine. It really works well and is not even expensive!

I don't know if we needed to use multiple times to eliminate the odor in a small bedroom but we were disappointed after using this for a half hour. The immediate smell after using was just like after a rainfall but by the end of the day we were back to the same off smell in the room. I didn't want to try again and just returned the unit. Other reviews were more positive and I'm disappointed our result was not.

We rotate it thoughout the rooms on this property to keep things fresh. It’s awesome.
