The Lost World: with original illustrations

A great read with suspense, surprises and adventures aplenty. Four characters get together and embark on an expedition to check out the veracity of claims by one of the four that an isolated raised plateau of land existed where prehistoric life remained in existence. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys "boys own" adventure tales.
